Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the item.

Items that show inventory available deliver in 2 to 10 days depending on your location across Canada.

Items that do not display inventory are ordered based on demand. These items may deliver in two to six weeks. If you require delivery for a specific date please advise that date when submitting your order. 

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, courier delays, acts of God, weather related events, and customs delays.

Order Cancellations

All orders are considered confirmed at the time they are placed. Cancellation of a confirmed order must be made in writing. Cancellations may be charged a $60 fee, plus being invoiced for all work in progress up to 100% of the original confirmed order amount.

Prices and Currency

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices posted are subject to change at anytime.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is extra and FOB Vancouver BC and live shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

General shipping rates are below as a guide:

Clothing:

The average shipping rates for clothing are:

$12-$16 (small orders of 12-24 t-shirts)

$16-$28 (medium sized orders of polos and hoodies)

$30-$60 (large quantities, jackets, and hoodies).

Other Items (non-clothing):

All other items can have shipping rates that greatly vary depending on item quantity, size, weight, and manufacturing origin. As a rough guide:

Orders of tote bags may range from $30 to $80

Orders of heavy mugs may range from $50 to $120

Orders of smaller items like lanyards may range from $25 to $50

Courier Delays, Lost Shipments, and Claims

Any delays or lost shipments must be handled by the customer directly with the courier. All claims for shipment damages are to be made by the customer with the carrier directly.

Taxes

Taxes are applicable to Canadian customers and are applied based on where your order is shipped to. International customers are not subject to paying Canadian taxes but may be subject to country specific restrictions, duties, or taxes. At the moment only Canadian orders are being accepted.
